Hometown: Appleton
Career: Stay-At-Home Mom
Our adventure as a family began with family. My husband, Bill, and I met 20 years ago when he coached my younger brother in basketball. Little did we know he would one day be coaching our children! We have been married 16 wonderful years and have two amazing, handsome and active boys. We enjoy our time as a family playing with our mini-dachshund, Beauregard, spending time at our family cottage and attending/participating in anything to do with sports!
We live by something Winston Churchill once said, “We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give.” I feel blessed and fortunate to be able to fully dedicate myself to being a wife and mother. I am also a devoted volunteer and mentor, charity event planner and a published cartographer. My husband and I have been actively involved for over 20 years with organizations such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Special Olympics, Community Clothes Closet, Candlelight Vision, WomanKind, and most recently, our son’s school and sports teams. I am a former cheerleading coach, IT Training Manager and hold a degree in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin.
I am extremely proud and honored to represent the wonderful married women of the Badger State!
