Happily married for 8 years, my wonderful husband Shawn and I are embracing the joys that come with raising our 3 year old daughter, Nylah and 13 month old son,Nashton. Shawn has been an inspiration to my success as a wife, mother and in attaining my Doctorates degree in Pharmacy. As an active volunteer with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, I am dedicated to raising funds for blood cancer research, educating and improving the quality of life of patients and their families. I have a deep understanding for families dealing with this unfortunate disease, being that my family and I have dealt with this first-hand. My husband has always said that I have such a giving heart and I truly would rather give than receive. I enjoy giving back to my community any and every way possible and I am working to instill that same spirit within our two children. As two career oriented parents my husband and I thoroughly enjoy spending time together on our "family days," snowboarding and family beach vacations.
 
I am truly honored to be representing the diverse group of married women throughout the Silver State! My family and I look forward to making a positive impact on the families in Nevada and making lasting memories in this extraordinary year to come!
