Born and raised in Nebraska, I do believe in our state’s motto, “The Good Life”. I have been blessed with so many treasures in my life. My husband, Mark, is my best friend. We have four beautiful children; Lindsey, 24, Derek, 19, Cooper, 6, and Ava, 3. Last year, we had one in college, high school, elementary school, and pre-school, a very unique parenting experience. When I am not chasing my children, I also own a real-estate company and manage Mark’s dental practice. Supporting people facing serious health issues is my passion. My father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease 12 years ago and my family spends as much time as we can volunteering with the Parkinson’s Association here in Nebraska. I also help chair Lakeside Hospital’s annual fundraiser, Jewels of Autumn, which raised more than $100,000 for in-patient cancer services in my community last year. My husband and I also chair Dentists for a Cure, to assist breast cancer survivors participating in Nebraska’s annual Race for a Cure. At home I love to garden with my kids, golf, and have family game nights with my incredible family. However, it isn’t uncommon to see the Panneton family racing around the Midwest in their RV fishing, camping and for unusual treasures like Nebraska’s famed Ole’s Big Game Steakhouse in the western part of our state. |
