Never let the fear of failure hold you back. My #1 goal in life is to make the most of the only life I've been given! Life is about making memories and making a difference in the lives of those around you. You get one chance to go around and it's a blessing to spend that time performing Gods work in new and exciting ways every day! I tell my four year old son every day to reach for everything you want and grab hold of it. I encourage the youth around me to never become a product of their environment. Always strive for more than ordinary and rise above your situation and your circumstance. I start my days with a simple prayer "God guide my path today, show me your way and give me the courage to move my feet!" The last part of that prayer is the most important. With the courage God gives me, nothing is impossible! I prayed this prayer last Christmas and was provided a plan for a Christmas Gift Giveaway of gently used toys to underpriveleged area youth. With a mere four days to organize an event and no toys to start with, the plan was set to fail. I prayed God would grant me courage to move my feet when standing still seemed so much easier. With Him, all things are possible and in four short days, enough toys were donated to adopt 73 families! This is a small example of courage through faith. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philippeans 4:13 I encourage each of you to foster the faith of a child in your own hearts and step out to go after your dreams!A big "thank you" goes out to my Husband Lee, my son Delo and all my family and friends who believe in my dreams and encourage me to follow my faith!
